Hybrid Personal Training is a Combo of Online training and In-Person Training.


Hybrid PT... Like the flexibility of Online Training but, would prefer adding in-person sessions for efficiency. If you live in the Dallas Area, this option provides you with the Best of Both Worlds.


Online PT...… Need the Flexibility of training when it suits you, whenever you may be, however, also need a solid training plan, accountability, and on going progress tracking.


I design your workouts so you don't have to think about what training you need to do to meet your Goals. All you need to do is show up and complete the workouts I have set with 100% Commitment.
